Product design

Toolmaking
Tools are made on site by experienced toolmakers using modern high quality machines from 3 axis CNC to spark eroding.
Injection moulding
Quality machines combined with quality controlled materials and handling create total consistency in small or large quantities. We mould polypropylene, acetyl, ABS, nylons (including glass filled), high and low density polyethelene and specialise in polyurethane. Our machines range from 35 tonne to 150 tonne.
Die modifications or repairs
Existing tooling can be modified to suit your needs. Damaged or worn tools can be repaired including on site TIG welding.
Machining
The diversity of our machines along with skilled workmanship allows us to specialise in high quality and intricate machining jobs.
